Genuine Nissan modules only
We build with OEM Leaf modules — never generic overseas cell kits. Each module is individually cell- tested, then capacity-matched and balanced so a single weak group cannot drag the pack down.
Road tested before you drive away
Packs are charge-cycled on the bench, then the car is road tested and re-scanned. You see the before and after cell data, not just a cleared dash light.
Transparent core exchange
Our upfront quote assumes our mobile team will haul away your old battery for recycling after the installation. If you prefer to keep the core for a DIY solar build, simply pay a flat $500 fee.

What your Leaf is actually telling you
A battery code is a starting point for a diagnosis, not a verdict on your car.
Here is what the common ones mean before anyone quotes you a pack.
Replace hybrid / EV battery pack
The most common Leaf code. It means the BMS has measured one or
more cell groups falling outside tolerance — usually a single weak
module, not the whole pack. A dealer reads this as a full pack sale.
We read it as a module-level repair.
- Warning signs to watch
- Capacity bars dropping on the right-hand dash gauge (9 bars or fewer)
- Range falling well short of the guess-o-meter estimate, especially in winter
- Turtle mode or sudden power loss with 2–3 bars of charge remaining
- Charging that stops early or a pack that heats up unusually fast
- One cell group reading noticeably lower in LeafSpy than the rest
Scans run under an hour at the Coquitlam shop, and we review the cell data with you on screen before recommending anything.

Great experience with Greentec! Hybrid battery in my 2007 Camry went after nearly twenty years. Explored my options, including going directly through the Toyota dealership, and found Greentec – positive reviews, competitive pricing, and better warranty. Spoke with Joe over the phone, and got a mobile installation set up within the week. Bill and Senna were stellar – made the trip over to Vancouver Island, and got the work done in under two hours. Your old battery isn’t garbage; it is a valuable resource. Our quoted prices assume you will trade in your old battery (the “core”). We safely recycle those old batteries or give them a second life in home solar setups. If you want to keep your old battery for your own DIY project, you simply pay a $500 fee to keep it.
